How do I get started?
The first step is to book a complimentary 15 minute consultation. We will discuss what is on your mind so that I can get a sense of your or your family's needs. I would be happy to answer any questions you have and we will discuss next steps.
How are your services offered?
I understand that there can be barriers to accessing support and aim to make services accessible to everyone. I am currently providing services both in person and virtually.
Are your services covered under insurance?
Social work services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check with your coverage provider to determine eligibility and funds available to you. A detailed receipt will be provided after each session.
What are your fees?
Services begin at $160/hr. A sliding scale may be considered, so please do not let cost deter you from accessing mental health services. Please contact me for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens and you may need to cancel our appointment. A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice of a cancellation is required.
Will my information be shared?
I respect your privacy and will hold all of your information in strict confidence. Any information that you provide during our session will only be shared with your consent, or when required by law.
